The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Terms

Delivery is available only within Germany.

Shipping Costs (including sales tax)

• Free pickup in Bünde
• Delivery and setup of pinball machines by Pinball Universe upon request
• Delivery of pinball machines via a freight carrier for 120 euros per machine
• Flat-rate package shipping: 7.95 euros per order (DHL/DPD)
• Gift certificates are sent free of charge as a PDF via email

Shipping of pinball and arcade machines via a freight carrier

Pinball machines can be delivered to you “curbside” via a freight carrier for 120 euros per pinball machine. Please ensure that you are available to receive the ordered merchandise and that it can be stored in a weather-protected area if necessary. The shipping carrier will contact you by phone in advance to arrange a delivery time slot. Therefore, please provide us with a phone number when placing your order where you can be easily reached during the day. Delivery via shipping carrier takes approximately 1–3 business days within Germany.

Standard package shipping: flat rate of 7.95 euros

All products from our online store are inspected before packing, securely packaged for transport, and delivered to you via DHL or DPD.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery within Germany will take place within 3–5 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you are picking up the goods yourself, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready and provide pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment Terms

You have the following payment options:

• Cash payment in-store or upon delivery by us,
• cash payment to the driver is not possible for shipments via a freight carrier.
• Prepayment by bank transfer
• Leasing (for business customers only)

Cash Payment upon Pickup

If you pick up your order in Bünde, you’re welcome to pay in cash. Unfortunately, debit card payments are not currently accepted, so we ask that you pay in cash with the exact amount if possible. You can still purchase your pinball machine here in the online store even if you’re picking it up yourself. A down payment (via bank transfer, if necessary) is required even for cash payments.

Prepayment (Bank Transfer)

You can pay the invoice amount in advance. You will receive our bank account information via email.

Dimensions and Weights of Pinball Machines

Here you’ll find information on the dimensions and weight of a (packaged) pinball machine. It is delivered by a freight carrier on a Euro pallet. The total weight is approximately 100 to 150 kg. Typical dimensions of the box are H: 143 cm, W: 79 cm, D: 79 cm. Added to this is the pallet with a base area of 80 x 120 cm. The height of the pinball machine box on the pallet is approximately 157 cm. If you pick up the machine yourself, we will provide the pinball machine—either in the box or in smaller packaging—as agreed upon.
